Born in Boston, MA, I spent my childhood in upstate New York and Indiana. My passion for the arts led me to major in piano performance before shifting to Psychology, earning a BS in 2004 and an MS in 2011. My love for photography grew into a small business, blending fine art and journalism. After completing a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction in 2019, I launched Tiny Owl Studios during the COVID lockdown, offering web design, branding, and commercial photography. Now, I work as a commercial photographer and graphic designer, while continuing research in AI and remaining active in the fine arts.
